Sales Policy

Delivery:
Delivery of our products is made free of charge in Abu Dhabi. For other locations, a nominal charge will be applied dependent on distance or other contributory factors.

 

Exchange & Refund:

French Atmospheres will provide you with additional photos upon request. We can also offer you, under certain conditions, a presentation of our objects at a date and place of mutual convenience. Therefore, except in exceptional cases left to our discretion, no return or exchange will be accepted after receipt of your order.

 

Warranty:

For antique furniture and objects, their use and maintenance require some precautions. Therefore, French Atmospheres does not offer any contractual guarantee. Nevertheless, your satisfaction being our main concern, we will do everything possible to offer you a solution if you have any reason for dissatisfaction.
