This delightful little vintage Louis XV style chest of drawers made me fall in love with it as soon as I saw it. It's not an antique, it's too young, it's not 100 years old but it's still a little gem. Wherever you place it, the warm shades of its inlays and its bronzes will catch everyone's eye.

Louis XV, known as the "Beloved" reigned over the kingdom of France from 1715 to 1774, he was the only king of France to be born and die at the Palace of Versailles.
The Louis XV style is characterized by its elegance and lightness. It is recognizable by the grace of the curved legs of the furniture with "pied de biche"(deer foot).
The wood is natural, gilded or painted. The "rococo" style ornamentation is inspired by nature and exoticism.
